Our charming recently built cottage is located on the shore of Lac St Pierre de Wakefield, just 35 minutes from downtown Ottawa. This cozy retreat has everything you need for an amazing vacation and is ideal for all seasons. Escape to this 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage and soak in the tranquility of the area. Tucked away at the end of a private road, you'll have the peace and the privacy you could ask for. Relax on the wraparound deck with your morning coffee. For nature lovers, here are some activities near the cottage: In summer, you will find several activities less than 20 minutes from the chalet. There are the Mont Cascades waterslides, the Abraska Laflèche nature amusement park, golf at Mont Cascades or Edelweiss, enjoy a walk along the river in the village of Wakefield or go hiking or bike in Nakkertok Park (7 km from the chalet). In winter, Nakkertok Park is ideal for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. For alpine skiing, the region has several ski centers, Ski Edelweiss, Centre Vorlage, Ski Mont Cascades or Camp Fortune. 5 minutes from the cottage, you will find the Intermarché grocery store with integrated SAQ,(beer, wine & liquor), a gas station and 2 restaurants, Pub DéMonts et Pizza Val des Monts Don't wait - book your stay today!
