The house is brilliantly appointed with attention to detail. Backs onto exceptional park with majestic trees and creek. Open-concept chef-inspired kitchen. Adjacent living and dining rooms with fireplace and walk out to covered deck and spectacular yard. Over 2500 sqft of living space. Extra high ceiling throughout. Primary ensuite 6 piece washroom and heated flooring, vaulted ceilings and two jacuzzis on the 2nd floor. Laundry room is free of charge, conveniently located on second floor next to the main bathroom. Gas fire place in family room gives home-like feeling. There are two big screen / smart TVs: one in living room and one in master bedroom. And some much more! Welcome Home !

We professionally manage our property ourselves and, differently from the industry standard, we provide our guests with a premium personalised service for your check-in and check-out and we happily do it ourselves! For your check-in we personally wait for you at the property to welcome you, show you everything, answer all your questions, and hand over the keys to you. Our goal is for your to have the most worry free possible experience, so you can avoid unknown management personnel, or having to pickup keys from an office prior to getting to the house, or having to familiarise yourselves with your new neighbourhood and facilities. The house backs onto massive park and ravine with creek, very quite and tranquil neighbourhood yet in the city. It takes around 15 minutes to get to Downtown of Toronto. Kids ground play and tennis court just 2 min away walk from the house. The Pearson Airport is about 10-15 min away from the house. It's location is very convenient to get to any point of Toronto.
