"K Street Carriage House" is located between Okanagan Lake to the North, (2.6 km, 25 min. walk or a 5 min. drive) and Sakaha Lake to the South, (5.3 km, 10 min). There is ample street parking and a Bus Stop across the street. Our Carriage House is a new build of three years old and impeccably clean and maintained. The accommodation is approx. 500 square foot detached with private gated entrance to your outside eating garden area. The property is surrounded by a large Oak tree offering both ample shade and privacy. Inside the spacious double door entrance is an open modern concept living area furnished with a Queen size Murphy bed, couch, and kitchen table set. There is a full kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, separate hot water tank, a/c, and heating unit. The bathroom is a 3 piece tastefully designed with ample storage and a bonus jetted tub! Included is a flatscreen TV with Shaw cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime Channels, and Wifi service.

Your hosts are Ken and Darla. We are recently retired and have just moved to Penticton from the Metro Vancouver area. Being new to the area we are excited to experience what Penticton has to offer for outdoor and water activities, wineries, and dining.

"K Street carriage house" is located within the prestigious K Street quiet residential district. Okanagan Lake & Beach, which is the heart of Penticton's liveliness with a large beach, and recreation area with restaurants and shops all around. Both lakes are connected by the Penticton Canal, famous for lazy river rafting, a trip taking up to a three-hour ride. The carriage house is only a few blocks from the IGA grocery store and a liquor store.
