This spectacular penthouse offers 3,000 sq ft of living space on the edge of Downtown Nanaimo, with some ocean and mountain views from the terrace. Conveniently located, you'll find everything you need just minutes away. Enjoy complimentary WiFi and free private parking during your visit. The spacious apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. With two spacious living rooms complete with comfortable seating and a dining area, there is ample space for relaxation and socializing. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a bath. The apartment also includes full laundry facilities. Please note there is partial air-conditioning. We use windows and fans to cool down the back of the apartment.

Whether you're here for a quick escape or an extended vacation, we're here to ensure you have an amazing stay. We take pride in offering a comfortable and charming space that feels like a home away from home. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment and a Budget Car Rental around the corner. My sister even owns a limousine! Check it out at Limo Ride Co. Nanaimo is the perfect home base to explore the diverse natural beauty of the whole island. With easy access to oceans, lakes, rivers, mountains, and forests, outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy. Convenient travel options from Vancouver to Nanaimo include the floatplane or ferry. Nanaimo also has its own international airport, YCD. Afternoon or day trips: Victoria (Capital of British Columbia) 120 KM South . Tofino (world class surfing) 200 KM North. Skiing is at Mount Washington 120 KM North. There are 40 Golf Courses on Vancouver Island (many year-round!)
