Neighbourly Sound Note This is a lived-in building, and like any good neighbourhood, you might hear a bit of activity around you. We just wanted you to know what to expect. 1. The photos of the unit are representative as I make minor updates to the furniture and decor from time to time. Feel free to reach out with any questions! 2. We offer parking for CAD15/night (one spot per stay), available in the back parking lot. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. 4. We’re happy to welcome your pet—just a quick note that pit bulls aren’t allowed due to policy restrictions. Please check with us before you book! A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. 5. We're happy to deliver: --> a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee) 6. Mid Stay Cleaning For stays of 7 nights+, we provide mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee. Please reserve 24–48 hours ahead. Guests are required to vacate the property during service. 7. Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
