Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room in this lower level of the house, enjoy the Lakeview just across Hwy 97 less than 1 km down the lake from popular Beach Ave.
The House is right across Hwy 97 overlooking Lake Okanagan and Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park.Walking distance to Beach Ave. with plenty of swiming and beach areas nearby , within driving distance to several Wineries.
House has 1.3 acre sloped lot is Air Conditioned and lots of parking.
Since the house is on the Hwy, you can drive to Penticton within 40 min and 30 min to Kelowna, lots of Winieries within driving distance, lots of nice beach area's within driving distance as well.
