The cabin was designed for privacy and comfort. Wonderful forest views of big cedars and backyard pond. The sleeping area is bright and big windows with blackout blinds. Comfy queen-size bed with 100% cotton sheets and down-filled quilt. A separate cozy full kitchen with an oven, stove, good-sized fridge, and a portable BBQ available for grilling. Spacious and bright with a large skylight lite bathroom, vanity and shower. Enjoy the art photos displayed on wall by local photographer. There’s many hiking trails and backcountry roads within walking distance and great ocean and lakes to visit within a 10min drive. It’s 6km drive to Madeira Park with an ocean marina, spa, restaurants and all your shopping needs. We allow friendly dog guests as well as long as they are good with the residence dogs and the cat that live here. A perfect forest getaway…

The hosts live and work on the property in their studio and workshop. They are usually around keeping busy in their workshop or maintaining gardens on the large property. There’s three resident dogs and one cat all very friendly. Gates on deck to keep them out or your dog in.
