It is peaceful, secluded and a highly desirable layout that affords you privacy and comfort. With its own PRIVATE entrance, PRIVATE bedroom, PRIVATE living room, PRIVATE bathroom, and PRIVATE washer and dryer, you are able to relax and unwind without interruption, interference or disturbance. Book with the utmost confidence like hundreds of others!!! Our guests have repeatedly said our ULTRA PRIVATE listing is the nicest they have ever stayed in and that they will highly recommend us to all of their family and friends!!! Chris is a vice principal and Tiffany is a registered nurse. We started to host because we enjoy meeting new people and love travelling! We are athletic, love the outdoors, and love good food, good friends and both are fortunate to have our families living in Victoria as well. We are quiet and respectful and work full-time. We feel extremely fortunate to live where we live and even do touristy things around town, especially in the winter and summer. Chris plays ice hockey on a local team with a friend he grew up with and Tiffany loves running with friends on a regular basis. We like strong coffee, nice wine, and walking around our neighborhood. We are excited to welcome you into our new home and look forward to helping you, if need be, with your visit. We like to provide you with space, freedom and privacy, but are available if you require any assistance. The property is not on a main road and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We are within walking distance to countless different amenities that truly separate us from other locations. We are a 45 second to one and a half minute walk to multiple major bus routes including the 4, 8, 14, 22, 27, 28, a 2 minute walk to St. Michael’s University School and liquor store, 3 minute drive or bus to the University of Victoria, 3 minute walk to Camosun College, 2 minute drive to the Royal Jubilee Hospital, 4 minute walk to Hillside Mall (Walmart, Thrifty Foods, Starbucks, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Tim Horton’s, Canadian Tire, many fast-food restaurants, shopping stores, pubs, restaurants, banks, medical clinics and many other amenities), walking distance to Mt. Tolmie, Oak Bay, and Fairfield, and only 5-7 minutes from the downtown core to enjoy the beautiful inner harbor, Parliament Buildings, iconic Empress Hotel, and fine dining/sightseeing options. There are several parks, golf courses, recreation facilities, hiking trails, and beaches close by with countless indoor and outdoor recreational activities available such as kayaking, swimming, hiking, paddle boarding, sailing, ziplining, squash, etc. No vaping, weapons, combustibles or drugs, no unregistered guest permitted on property (reservation will be cancelled and guest will be required to leave immediately if so), host reserves the right to enter your space without permission of the guest if any house rule is broken, or during any emergency or any damage or loss to suite (water, fire etc), 100 dollar charge if keys not returned to lockbox, no booking for another person (ie parent for child), no loud music at any time, turn off lights/heat when not in suite, close all windows when heat is on, lock door handle or deadbolt on door when not on premises, no illegal activities on property, guest to leave by 11am on day of checkout or credit card will be charged 1000 dollars per day for all days of stay after scheduled checkout day
