Our home features a clean, modern style with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main floor has 2 dining rooms with both an open-concept kitchen and a more private spice kitchen. The driveway is long and spacious, easily able to park 6 cars. Our neighborhood is quiet with amazing mountain views and beautiful surroundings. It’s conveniently located only a short drive to several facilities including parks, sky train stations, supermarkets, highways, and Guildford Town Centre. No smoking allowed in the house ( we have a beautiful pergola with roof for our guests to smoke outdoor ), no pets allowed, and no party allowed in the property.
Dear guest, it’s a pleasure to meet you virtually! We have been a resident of Surrey for more than 25 years. We are a proud family of 2 parents, 2 university student kids, and a super friendly dog named Chibi. In my spare time, I love to tend to my garden, explore different art forms , cook and bake for my family and friends, and go on walks on the beach! I hope you have an amazing stay at our lovely house!
There’s 5 minutes walking to an extremely beautiful natural park; bus stops are steps away, 2.5 km from the gateway sky train station, 3.5 km to Surrey centre, and 4 km to Guildford centre.
