This is a stunning and spacious five-bedroom house with mountain views in the beautiful community of Walden. This bright home has all you will ever need to make your stay super comfortable. There is a trampoline in the fully fenced backyard, a deck for those barbecue dinners, and a second kitchen for all your culinary needs. The home also offers a separate office space with French doors. Other things to note: - The basement is occupied by quiet tenants (not by the homeowner) -The house has a security alarm and safety is always a high priority - The basement is occupied by quiet tenants (not by the homeowner) - We have someone shovel snow around the property, during the winter months, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete this task. The same applies for mowing the lawn and garbage removal. To abide by all legal requirements and security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, date of birth, address, provide a valid credit card for security damage deposit with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, sign a rental agreement, purchase a damage waiver and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
