Located right in the heart of town, you’re steps from restaurants, shops, and history, yet enjoy all the comforts for relaxing evenings in.

You’re just a short stroll from iconic spots like The Rooms Museum and Signal Hill / Cabot Tower, with sweeping views over the city and harbor. Water Street has long been the commercial heartbeat of St. John’s, often cited as one of North America’s oldest commercial streets. Historic Water Street is lined with shops, cafés, pubs, and boutiques, many still housed in buildings with 19th-century character. You’re also a short walk from George Street, known for its energetic nightlife and live music venues.
