Located on the Riverside Golfcourse, minutes away from Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, this updated and trendy condo features amazing views, a comfortable walk out patio with bbq, fireplace, air conditioning and a king size bed! For those extra guests, the couch also converts into a sleeper sofa. To make your stay complete, there is a full kitchen, as well as a washer dryer in the suite. It is important to note that the jets do not work in the bath tub. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to a thousand dollars for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary. - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures
