Located beside the Harvey Dam and Shepody River with the Caledonia and Shepody Mountains in the background, the views are specatacular. House sits on a large six-acre lot with an apple orchard and forest at the rear. Our home is a shipbuilder's historical house with exposed ceiling beams and original wide floorboards.

Very quiet neighbourhood with little traffic, except summer weekends. Friendly people greet you everywhere you go in Albert County, There is a nice beach just five minutes down Marys Point road; good place to watch sandpipers and other shorebirds. Close to all Fundy attractions - Hopewell Rocks, Cape Enrage, Village of Alma to name a few
