A property with several options: Free WIFI, 1 Shared Kitchens/ dining areas + 1 Shared Full Bathroom + Dedicated Parking Spot. Only the main floor rooms have a kitchen with a stove. The basement rooms have a kitchen with microwave and rice maker but no stove. The Rooms are on the main floor or in the basement with a few steps but no Wheelchair Facility During winter the host cannot take responsibility for snow removal and your safety on the driveway; the shovel and snow salt are available at the shield on the driveway. Guests are not allowed to use their own portable heater or portable cooler since the property has a heating/cooling system, and the host can adjust the temperature for the whole property. The rooms on the main floor have an access to the smart TV installed in the living room. The rooms in the basement have their own private smart TV. Please note that the rooms are located on the ground floor and in the basement and can only be accessed via stairs. Towels could be renewed each 72 hours after check-in time between 7 PM and 11 PM if the request is received by 5 PM the same day. There is a laundromat nearby. Guests are responsible for their belongings in the shared areas. The shared lounge is only for the rooms on the main floor. The host is available from 7 am till 11 pm to answer questions, and check-in trouble shooting. No Party! No Smoking inside! No pets! Please Do Not use any material to clean the bathtub except for the provided sponge rubber gently! Please manage how to park your car with other guests kindly and in a wisely matter.
