This bright corner unit offers plenty of natural light through the large living room windows. Enjoy access to the wrap around balcony equipped with a BBQ. In the living room you'll find a 65” TV and surround sound with enough seating for your family and/or friends. In the kitchen, you will find all the essentials for cooking and enjoying a meal. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (including Keurig), complimentary coffee pods and snacks, dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware. The dining table seats four comfortably, with additional bar height stools at the kitchen island. In the primary bedroom, you will find a king size bed with a 43” flat screen TV. In the second bedroom you will find a queen size bed with a fully functioning standing/sitting work station (usb-c adapter).
Enjoy downtown! This home is perfectly located in downtown Saskatoon within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, local experiences/events, the Royal University Hospital, City Hospital and the University of Saskatchewan. The space is perfect for business professionals, family getaways, and of course, staycations.
