It is in a walkout basement and newly renovated with private entrance so you will find everything brand new. All rooms have large windows for you to enjoy natural light. We put a lot of effort in giving you an amazing experience at our place.
Please note that our family with kids is living upstairs so please expect some noise when they’re home.
You have exclusive use of one good size bedroom, an open concept living room and a private modern bathroom.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, 1 bedside table and one designated work station with a reading lamp and high speed Wi-Fi.
The living room has a quartz countertop and a sink. It also has a dining table set, a mini fridge and a couch that can be converted into a twin size bed. The room features a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube premium.
The brand new full bathroom is for your own use. We provide bath towels and hand towels, shampoo and shower gel, ear buds, and a hair dryer.
We are a family 5 with 3 small kids. We are respectful, friendly and accommodating.
This is in a quiet and cherry blossom tree lined neighborhood. The guest suite is in a very central location in Vancouver: within 20 mins drive, you’ll get to the airport, downtown, Burnaby, Richmond and Surrey.
