Welcome to this stunning 4 seasons getaway! It has all the amenities you need to comfortably sleep up to 6 people. Steps from Blue Mountain Village, ski lifts and the famous Monterra Golf Course. Also featuring high speed Wifi, 3 cable TVs (living room and both bedrooms) and all newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms and hardwood floors. The condo complex has an outdoor pool (seasonal), outdoor hot tub (year round), and free shuttle bus service to the village if you don't feel like making the 7 minute walk or 2 minute drive yourself. *No Parties or Events orcity bylaw fee, plus damages incurred* Private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1000 square foot with newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Ensuite master bathroom, 2 King size beds plus foldable mattresses for extra guests, pack n play, gas fireplace, 3 TV's with cable/Netflix and ski storage area. Our home is ideal for couples, families and adventure travellers. It makes for a perfect ski, spa or golf vacation as it is right next to the Monterra Golf Course and Blue Mountains ski hills.

4 minute shuttle or drive or 15 minute walk to slopes and Blue Mountain Village (shopping, food, entertainment, boating, playground, skating, zipline, pool)! Walk or drive to many choices of country clubs and golfing! Quick drive to Scandinavian Spa and Adventure Caves. Hop on your bike and explore endless nature trails. This is seriously the best vacation destination for families, couples or sports enthusiasts! The famous Rivergrass condos are the most sought after Blue Mountain accommodations to rent or buy, due to their building quality, outdoor hot tub and pool, and peaceful Monterra Golf Course and rivergrass views. Drive or take the free shuttle.
