Whether it's the downtown vibes, the mountain trails, or a stroll along the famous Elk River you can easily walk, bike, or drive anywhere from The Red House. There's three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan living space, a large unfenced garden, private hot tub, and a large deck. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to a thousand dollars for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary. - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures 
How It Works - The policy covers accidental damages up to an agreed amount. - If any covered damage occurs during your stay, simply report it to us. - We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring you are not charged for the repair or replacement up to the coverage limit.
