Central North Vancouver home that offers over 1600 sq ft of communal outdoor space including pool/hot tub, BBQ, outdoor heated dining area, and large patio spaces offering south-westerly views of the city skyline, water, and North Shore mountains. The home has several private bedrooms, and a communal kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, and outdoor spaces. This room is located in a 5-bedroom home, where the other bedrooms potentially have guests in them as well. This private area has a bedroom with desk/chair, private entrance, bathroom, shower, TV. Our price for 2 people includes 1 Queen bed; fee for additional folding bed added for a 2 person booking upon request, paid in cash at property. Note: pool not heated year-round, but hot tub is. *pool and hot tub access is only permitted after signing a waiver Note: From Nov. 1-April 30, the shower and laundry is shared with the adjacent bedroom.
