New hot tub as of November 2024 This newly-renovated, ground floor condo has everything you need after a day on the slopes. Come home and pop your gear on the jacket and glove warmers and then slip into your private hot tub or warm up in the soothing steam shower. Switch on the 55' TV and soundbar, pop a Blu-ray into the player, or play some video games while the flames dance in the WestCoast Ledgestone gas fireplace. If you're still feeling energetic later in the day, you also have access to the building's gym and indoor pool. And for a more casual evening with the family, there are board games and books to chose from. Located in Happy Valley, this rental is just a short walk to the Happy Valley Lodge and Adventure Park, with restaurants, ice skating, tubing, Nordic skiing, and plenty of other activities. Catch the free gondola from there into the village center where there are more restaurants, bars, shops, ski equipment rentals, and lesson meeting areas. From the village center you can also ski to four different chairlifts. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Fitness area THINGS TO KNOW The shared seasonal pool and fitness area is operational in the winter only when the resort is open for winter activities (local rules and regulations depending).
