All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. Our studio is equipped with one comfortable mattress, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, one spacious bathroom, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome basket with fresh coffee and treats. The studio is also decorated in a Scandinavian style, with clean lines and simple furnishings. You'll feel like you're in a modern and stylish hotel, even though you're right in the heart of the city. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Little Italy has it all just steps away. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between: Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
