Newly built condo building in Edmonton's Queen Mary Park neighbuorhood. Right next to a park and playground for the little ones to run around and enjoy. Centrally located to all amenities. 5 minute drive to the Downtown core of Edmonton, but far enough to get a goodnight sleep. Short drive to postsecondary institutions, West Edmonton Mall and all other famous Edmonton's attractions. The building has a free secure underground parking garage a designated stall for your unit. Additional free parking is available on site and on the street. Uber, Taxis are available. 5 minute drive to Downtown Edmonton. Whether you are renting a car during your stay, need to access public transit, or want to call an Uber, Edmonton has it all and you will have access to anything you need to get you to where you need to go.
