With a private side entrance leading to a cozy two-bedroom suite and a peaceful stormwater view, this space is designed to give you both privacy and tranquillity. Getting around is easy. We’re just a 5-minute drive (or 32-minute walk) from Bridgwater Centre, where you’ll find dining, shopping, pubs, restaurants, banks, salons, and more. 🚍 Dedicated bus stop at the property with quick access across Winnipeg. 📍 Only 7 mins to the University of Manitoba, 19 mins to the airport, and 22 mins to downtown. Located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, guests can also enjoy nearby playgrounds for kids and a football field, making it ideal for families, students, and travellers alike. Whether you’re here for a short getaway or a longer stay, our space offers both comfort and convenience. The accommodation comfortably hosts 3 to 4 occupants at a time. After booking confirmation, you receive an access code for the Master Lock that is situated at the entrance stairs. This Master Lock has the access key inside. Please, do not forget to always drop the key back in the Master Lock when going out and when checking out. To help keep the space clean, we kindly encourage guests to remove their shoes and place them on the shoe rubber Mat located by the door inside. Check-out time is 11 am.
