Welcome to our inviting and modern top-floor ski-in/ski-out 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the popular Settler's Crossing complex. The balcony, with a private hot tub and the living room, receives plenty of morning sunshine, making each day start on a cozy note. The condo feels like a townhouse, thanks to its private entrance and corner upper-unit location. You won’t be disturbed by neighbours' footsteps. The heated tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms are great after a whole day outside. Our place is both family- and pet-friendly. It’s perfect for kids, offering a travel crib, a large basket of toys, children’s books, games and smart TV in each room. The kitchen is very well-equipped and generously stocked as if it were a full-time home. You'll find an air fryer, two types of toasters, a mixer, a crock-pot, a drip coffee maker, and a variety of standard and high-quality cookware. We also provide essential cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, regular oil, sugar, tea, coffee, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and much more. Come and experience the magical winter and summer wonderland of Sun Peaks!
We first visited Sun Peaks during the 2015/2016 winter season and instantly fell in love with the resort. After many visits during the following seasons, our stays grew longer, and our hotel bills were higher. It became clear that it was time to find a Sun Peaks condo that would meet our needs and appeal to other outdoor enthusiasts. Owning this beautiful mountain home in this Winter/Summer Wonderland is truly a dream come true. We chose this condo for its exceptional features: true ski-in/ski-out access, a private hot tub on the balcony, and walking distance to the main village. From the moment we first stepped inside, it felt incredibly cozy, warm, peaceful, and inviting. As an upper corner unit with vaulted ceilings, it’s filled with natural light and brightness. We’re confident that our guests will love it as much as we do and will want to return again and again!
Our condo is in the popular Settler's Crossing complex in Sun Peaks. A quiet residential area just a stone's throw from the main village. Enjoy a leisurely 15-minute walk to the village, where you'll find a fantastic selection of bars, pubs, restaurants, and retail shops. Sun Peaks recently added new tennis courts, just a 5-minute walk from our condo. The best thing about this condo location is the ski-in/ski-out convenience!
It's a two-minute walk to access East Village Ski Way, which leads to either the Orient Express or Morrisey Express. From the Orient Express, you can take the Main Village trail (a green run) to reach the village. We have small children, and they are comfortable taking the East Village Ski Way and Main Village Trail to access the main village.   From the Morrisey Express, you can take Home Run (another green run) to access the village. Local skiers and experts often prefer the Morrisey Express and the Bake in Time trail (a blue run with options for black runs), which leads to Burfield, taking you to the "Top of the World."   Once it’s time to go relax back in to the condo, you need to take Sundance Express chairlift. Rambler – East Village Ski Way (both green runs). If you want to go faster, you can start on  Rambler – East Village Ski Way, and after that, take any of the blue runes (Hasta La Vista, CZESC, Ausfahrt, Kia Ora).
