This property is easy ski in/ski out access to Sam's Ski hill in the Winter & bike in/bike out in the summer &hiking trails. 10min walk to Eagle Lake. ATV/snowmobile. EV fast charging station available!
Right on the edge of Sir Sam's ski hill (Dingle Run), nestled in a forest surrounded by privacy, streams and nature! Eagle / Moose lake beach, boat launch and playground only 2 mins away. Access year round! Eagle Lake general store just around the corner (2min drive). Has everything from all your groceries, lcbo, deli and much more.
