Presenting Vista Del Mare in Cavendish Newfoundland! An executive chalet overlooking Trinity Bay with all of the modern amenities!
Imagine sitting on the porch and watching whales frolic in the bay, or taking in the scenery of majestic icebergs floating by while seals soak up the sun on the ice pans. Outdoor enthusiasts, enjoy exploring the various hiking trails while picking fresh blue berries! Swim beach 3 minutes away (Round Pond).

Clyde was born in Newfoundland and has a fond love and appreciation for the island! With lots of family. Including his parents, sister, and many aunts and uncles- coming “home” is always something he looks forward too! Darlene, from Ontario was introduced to the island and fell in love with the people, culture and friendliness that Newfoundland has become famous for over the years.
Darlene and Clyde were married in Newfoundland and decided to purchase the property for eventual retirement.
Cavendish is a friendly rural community approximately 1.5 hours from St.John’s, 40 minutes from Carbonear and Bay Roberts. And 15 minutes from Dildo.
