Ours is a clean, bright, private full basement suite with 9 foot ceilings and a private entrance. The suite is complete with a kitchen (including a full-size fridge), full size washer and dryer. Located in Ambleton community, NW of Calgary. The quiet neighbourhood is blessed with outdoor parks for your kids, close proximity to super stores. We have free street parking and the suite has a separate entrance, separate central heating and ventilation, feel free to adjust the thermostat to your liking, creating the perfect atmosphere just for you. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen sized beds, closet and hangers, one of the rooms has a comfortable table and chair perfect for work station. Enjoy the high speed wi-fi, perfect for remote work or streaming your favourite shows, and when it's time to relax, we have a 65inches TV with free access to Netflix and Amazon prime video. We've also got a chess board, Scrabble, Card games, Ludo games all for your entertainment. There is a kitchen fully equipped with appliances such as over the range microwave with exhaust fan, electric oven cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, cutleries, cooking utensils and toaster. The bathroom is well lit with all bathroom essentials. Laundry room is equipped with laundry detergents, washer and dryer.
Relax & enjoy with your family & friends at this peaceful 2 bedroom 1 bath suite with a separate entrance. We are near Stoney Tr & Deerfoot Tr with quick access to the Mountains, Bowness park, Banff, Canmore & Calaway Park.
