Vacation? Business? Short term work/classes? Transitioning? We'd love to host you!!! We offer a private bedroom and bath in our home located 10 minutes to UBCO and the Kelowna International airport in a quiet residential area. It's a short 15 minute drive to downtown Kelowna, a 7 minute walk to the #8 bus to UBCO and Okanagan College and a 2 minute walk to the #10 to downtown. We can help with recommendations for golf, wineries, places to see & restaurants or, in the summer relax outside in our gardens and enjoy the fruit from our trees! We offer breakfast between 7 and 9 am including gluten free and/or vegan options. If you're staying for several days, we can create space in our fridge for your food items that need to remain cold! We have great Indian, Greek, Latin, and Asian restaurants, a have a plaza with a pub, coffee shop, dollar store, pharmacy, grocery store and a Tim Horton's coffee all within a 5 minute drive, 15 minute walk. We do want you to know that Mr. Liam is our 12 year old, quiet, well behaved, well groomed and gentle, black Lab/Great Dane dog. He will not bother you nor enter your room or bathroom. We LOVE hosting guests and we are privileged to have had guests from Europe, Asia, as well as South and North America choose to stay with us. We are familiar with all the attractions in the Okanagan Valley, not just Kelowna and have information about golfing, hiking, biking, skiing, beaches, boat rentals, wine, craft beer and cider tours and just about any other activity that's available here!

We are in a quiet, mostly single family residential neighbourhood within a 5 minute drive to the Uptown Rutland part of Kelowna and a short 15 minute drive to downtown Kelowna. There are 2 shopping plazas within a 10 minute walk (3 minute drive) with grocery stores, pubs, cafes, pharmacy, post office land library. There are also a wide range of restaurants within a 10- 15minute walk (3-4 minute drive).
