This well-equipped family chalet offers a cozy atmosphere with a wood-burning stove, a large flat-screen smart TV, and free WiFi. On the ground floor, you'll find a dining area with a large table for 6, a living area with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a fireplace. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and there?s a bathroom with a shower. The living area opens to a panoramic terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). Two of the bedrooms have access to an east-facing balcony. The upper floor also includes a bathroom with a bath, and this floor provides direct access to the ski box and piste. The chalet has a private parking space located 200 meters from the Trabanta lift station (summer parking available directly at the chalet). A washing machine and tumble dryer are located 50 meters away, available for shared use (for a fee). The center of Les Collons is about 200 meters away (on foot in winter), with shops, restaurants, and other amenities. In summer, the chalet is accessible via a gravel road, and features a garden with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. In winter, this ski-in, ski-out chalet is ideally located directly on the ski slope, with access to the piste and the Trabanta express chairlift just 180 meters away.
