Cosy and quiet 2 room apartment near lake Laax. Perfect for holidays or a short break.
The ski area, mountain railway and sledge runs can be accessed by free shuttle in only 5 minutes. The bus stop, Laax lake and village centre are 200m away.
The apartment is located on Via Pattadiras in the village of Laax and is centrally located near the bus stop, grocery store, post office, restaurants etc. as well as the beautiful Laax lake.
From Chur, follow motorway 13 towards San Bernardino. At exit 18 travel in the direction of Reichenau/Disentis/Mustér/Ilanz/Flims. When you arrive in Laax, turn right at Hotel Seehof (Via Principala). Follow the signs towards Falera and immediately after Hotel Bellaval turn left. You have now reached Via Pattadiras and, after descending the hill, the property is on the right hand side.
