Our "Bijou Lake Side", furnished with a lot of love♥ and equipped to property standard with a view and access (2nd row) to the beautiful Lake Thun, offers you your perfect vacation experience for relaxing or exploring the region extensively. Experience the Bernese Oberland at its best! Our bright 2.5-room feel-good bijou (64.7m2) offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a bedroom, a kitchen, a living area and a modern bathroom/WC with rain shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160x210), an additional fold-out bed can be added on request. Up to 4 people can stay in the apartment. In the living room you can relax on the comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Quooker for instant boiling water. A free private beach is just a few steps away. Parking available (for medium sized vehicles). There is no washing machine/dryer and no luggage storage at our place. Our listings are available on Airbnb - there you will find lower prices of our vacation rentals. :) Important information: The apartment must be left as you found it. Please leave our belongings in the apartment as they are placed. Large stains on furniture, bedding and general inventory will be charged additionally. Please note that the outstanding visitor's tax must be paid via Stripe-Link before arrival. We will send you the link separately.

Faulensee is a picturesque village right on the shores of Lake Thun in the Bernese Oberland, with breathtaking views of the Alpine panorama. In the village you'll find various restaurants, a Volg supermarket (open MO-SA) and two great children's playgrounds, one of which is right next to our Bijou. From here you will also find the beautiful lakeside resort of Faulensee, which is located directly on the deep blue waters of Lake Thun and is freely accessible all year round. Take a leisurely stroll along the lakeside path from Faulensee to Spiez and enjoy the panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Faulensee is the perfect starting point for exploring the Bernese Oberland. Faulensee is approx. 16 km from Interlaken and just under 13 km from Thun. Our Bijou is also easily accessible by public transport from Thun or Interlaken. The bus stop "Faulensee, Am See" is just a few minutes' walk from our Bijou.
