Apartment Billabong is a beautiful south facing 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, with modern, high quality furnishings, Scandinavian wood fire and garden area. Set over two levels you can enjoy spectacular views of the Wetterhorn, the Eiger North face, through to Kleine Scheidegg from the large upstairs balcony or from the downstairs backyard. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the full beauty of the Bernese Alps - whether it be skiing, hiking, biking, or just sitting enjoying the view. Entry is at ground level making it easily accessible. It has natural stone floors with floor heating, along with WIFI on both levels. The living/ dining/ kitchen area is open plan, giving the apartment a spacious feel. It has a Scandinavian wood fire, cable TV (flat screen), CD-player and DVD, with exit to the south facing balcony with outside seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. Basic condiments are provided. The main bedroom has a king size box-spring bed and bathroom with shower and WC. On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms - one with queen bed with separate mattresses, one with twin beds and one with bunk beds ideal for children. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, WC and full bath. The laundry has a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board. Gas BBQ, outside dining table and chairs and deckchairs are provided so that you can entertain outside while enjoying the uninterrupted view of the famous Eiger North face and surrounding mountains. Guests also have access to a separate ski room alongside the apartment to store skis.

The apartment Billabong is located less than a 2-minute walk from the new Grindelwald Terminal station and the Männlichen Cable Car, providing direct access from Interlaken, fast access to the ski slopes and the Jungfraujoch – the Top of Europe. The main village of Grindelwald is a 3-minute train or bus ride, or 15-minute walk.
