Property information

Very nice and bright studio, in the city center. The studio is 28 sqm with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a very comfortable double bed, perfect for 2 guests. The wardrobe is a built-in wardrobe close to the entrance There isn't a balcony, but the building has a lovely backyard. The washer and dryer are in the undeground in common use.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is in the city center, very close to the major attractions. Grocery shops, restaurants and bars are around the corner. The apartment is reachable with the tram number 15 and number 7, tram station Sonneggstrasse.
