A charming and modern house in the mountains. The house is surrounded by greenery, 15 minutes drive from ski resorts for the winter and a great cool climate for who, during the summer, want to escape from the city to explore the valley's alpine trails, lakes and hikes. The building is divided on two floors: at the ground floor there is the living area with kitchen, dining room, a small bathroom and large living room with direct access to the garden. On the first floor, accessible by stairs, there is the main bathroom and three spacious rooms overlooking the valley through large balconies. The whole home is surrounded by a large garden full of greenery.

There is a bus (postbus) with which you can travel to the center, to the ski slopes or to other nearby villages. There are paths near the house but also a few minutes away. Thanks to these paths you can climb the peaks of the nearby mountains, seeing Ticino from above.
