On your arrival, the living room will welcome you in an intimate and cosy atmosphere. The dining table for 4 people provides a comfortable setting to enjoy meals prepared in the modern, adjoining, corner kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, toaster, refrigerator and freezer) to prepare meals like at home. ATTENTION: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED! A service toilet, which offers privacy for additional guests, completes this floor. Going up the beautiful wooden staircase, Casa In Contrada has two cosy bedrooms, both furnished with care to ensure maximum comfort for its guests. The main room on the upper floor has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, while the second room offers a comfortable double sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we feel it is only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf closest to the sofa), a wardrobe and a desk lit by a large window, perfect for those who need a bright work space. The main bathroom is complete with a toilet and shower. Outside, you can enjoy moments of relaxation and conviviality on the patio furnished with a dining table for four, ideal for al fresco dining in fine weather, surrounded by the tranquillity and beauty of the surrounding nature. How to get there: By Car: When you are on the A2/E35 motorway take the exit towards Melide/ Bissone/ Morcote/ Campione and take Strada 2 towards Contrada Paolo Veronese. From the motorway exit in 2 minutes you will be in front of the flat. By public transport: When you arrive at Chiasso station, take the train S10 in the direction of "Biasca" for about 22 minutes and get off at "Melide". At Melide station take bus 439 direction "Campione, Casinò" and get off after 2 min at "Bissone, autostrada", from there in 7 minutes on foot you will be in front of the flat.
