Our Apartment has been completely renovated in 2021. It was furnished in a stylish-modern yet cozy and practical way. Dark parquet/laminate throughout the apartment, appealing color scheme and ambient lighting provide a feeling of luxury and coziness. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment free of charge. 2 flat screen smart TV's, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Spotify can be used for free. A completely equipped modern kitchen with anything you might wish for, Boxspring queen size bed and flatscreen TV in the Master-bedroom, comfy bunkbeds with ambient night lighting in the kids' room, a large living room with fireplace, 2 further sofa beds, beautiful view and a gigantic flatscreen smart TV, a balcony with breathtaking views, sitting lounges for chilling, BBQ, outdoor dining table and so much more is offered by our modern and spotless clean apartment. In winter you can ski from the slopes directly to the front door. Sledding and cross-country skiing in immediate vicinity. In summer, you start countless hikes and bike tours for all ages and levels of difficulty directly from the house. From the balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Surselva valley and the surrounding mountain peaks. On the first floor of the house there is both a ski room with electric ski boot warmer/dryer and a spacious laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A private covered parking space is available for free right next to the house. Breakfast or half board can be arranged at the Hotel Cresta, barely 100m away (extra charge for this extra service is to be paid directly at the Hotel Cresta). Other restaurants and shopping facilities in the center of Sedrun can be reached by car in only 4min (2.8km).

Winter: Skiing - the valley station of the Dieni-Milez chairlift is right next to the house. From the slope you can ski to the front door. All ski equipment can be rented at the InterSport branch in the parking lot opposite the Dieni-Milez valley station. Ski school/children's slope - the ski school and children's slope are located at the Sedrun railroad station. Night skiing - every Thursday on the slope behind the house (Dieni-Milez) Sledging - from Milez to Dieni there is a separate toboggan run, sledges can be rented at the valley station of the chairlift Dieni-Milez. Cross-country skiing - the cross-country ski trail is visible from the balcony down the valley and can be reached within minutes on foot. Summer: Hiking - The nature found here in summer is of fascinating beauty. While the view sometimes stretches hundreds of kilometers into the distance, there are far more than 300 kilometers of marked hiking and mountain trails as well as leisurely walks through the valleys and over the mountains of the area around Sedrun and Disentis to explore and enjoy. An unforgettable experience for passionate hikers is certainly the tour from Sedrun to the foot of the Oberalpstock. The varied landscape allows also older guests and families with small children to get to know the impressive "natira sursilvana" on foot.  Bathing - at Lac de Claus you will find generous infrastructure for sunbathing, including a beach bar. The wellness center Bogn in Sedrun offers an indoor and an adventure pool.
