Enjoy a quiet and resourcing holiday in this 3 bedroom chalet nested in Sarreyer, a heritage village near Verbier and the 4 Valleys ski area. The chalet is located in an alpine paradise, ideal for skiing or snowboarding, hiking, cycling or simply enjoying nature. There are plenty activites, both in summer and winter. The chalet is fully equipped. Sheets and bath towels are included. In summer, you get free access to the gondolas, buses and swimming pool with the visitor's tax (to be paid separately). Cleaning costs are not included in the price: you can either do the cleaning yourself, or pay CHF 100.- for the final cleaning. The chalet is in Sarreyer, 10-15 minutes drive from Verbier. It has three bedrooms (1x2 single beds on the ground floor), 2 rooms with double bed on the 1st floor (160 x 200 cm), a living room (with a sofa bed) on the 1st floor, a dining room and a separate kitchen on the ground floor and two WC/shower (one on each floor). It is an old chalet, which we are gradually renovating. We heat the chalet with two wood stoves (pierre-ollaires, see pictures). There are also extra electrical heaters. It is an old chalet, and ceiling is not very high (especially on the ground floor). A car is necessary in Sarreyer. There is also public transport available from Le Châble.

Welcome in Sarreyer, the nicest village of the world (according to its inhabitants). This little paradise is our retreat, where we can recharge our batteries and enjoy all what mountains can offer. For the rest of the time, we live in Geneva. We will be there to welcome you and give you all necessary information for your stay. As we live 2 hours away from Sarreyer, we won't be there to assist you during your stay, but will be available by phone or message.

Sarreyer is a preserved village in the Val de Bagnes. The "route du Soleil" leads to Verbier in 10-15 minutes, from where you can access the slopes of the 4 Valleys skiing area, one of the largest and most beautiful ski areas in Europe. In summer, the region is a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, or just to enjoy the fresh air. You can also access to Sarreyer with public transport (bus from Le Châble to Champsec, and then gondola from Champec to Sarreyer). Various sport and cultural events are held in Verbier and surrounding villages of Val de Bagnes throughout the year, showcasing mountain sports, music, art, gastronomy and local traditions (e.g. Verbier music festival, ebike festival, tour des stations, UTMP Verbier, Palp Festival with its Rocklette and Electroclette concerts, raclette festival, carnival, etc.). Verbier is also known for its night life and many other activities for all ages (golf, swimming pool, climbing, hiking, etc.). Sarreyer is a small village, with a very nice restaurant (Café Mont-Fort). You will need to go to Verbier or Le Châble for groceries.
