The chalet is from the year 1800 and has last been fully renovated by us in November 2022. The chalet has 2 apartments under 1 roof. Both have separate entrances, an outside sitting area, Living room, bathroom, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. We focused a lot on soundproofing the rooms because we value peace and tranquility. The large garden in front is a common garden with multiple sitting area's and fire pits/BBQ's. We always ask our guest to not stay in the front garden after 20:00 and use the private sitting area's out of respect for the other guests. We bought the house in 2018 and turned it into a business right away. We did multiple renovations including raising all the ceilings to a comfortable height.

Me and Patricia have been living in Switzerland for 10 years and we have 2 kids, Daniel and Veronika. Living in this beautiful part of Switzerland we got to know the area and its people very well. We both enjoy a variety of outdoor sports and activities that the area has to offer. At home we enjoy gardening, cooking and our hobbies such as carpentry and reading. Patricia comes from a career in the hotel Industry and I work as a local handyman. Feel free to ask us anything you like regarding the property or the local area. The neighborhood is great and we have friendly and helpful neighbors. There is a river next to the house and the Parking connects to the main road. There is also a bicycle path that connects to Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken. Its a 10 minute walk to the center of Lauterbrunnen and a 2 minute drive by bus or by car. One of our neighbors sells cheap local raclette cheese that he makes at his dairy farm. We are perfect for trips to Trummelbach, Jungfraujoch, Giessbach, Synige Platte, Harderkulm, Blausee, Kandersteg, Wengen etc
