The studio is located in the popular Marzili district. With its proximity to the refreshing Aare river, the outdoor pool, and numerous parks and green spaces, there's a special holiday atmosphere in the air. At the same time, after a short climb, you’re right in the city and centrally at the train station. The streets around the studio are traffic-calmed shared zones: Here, pedestrians have priority, children play, and in the evenings, residents sometimes enjoy a communal after-work beer. The studio's furnishings are a carefully selected mix of vintage designer furniture and old finds. With the loving details and color accents, a charming, cozy atmosphere is created where you can rest and make new plans. From the window, you have a direct view of the Federal Palace. The studio is 25 m² in size, has a separate entrance, a kitchenette with a dining table, and a WC with a shower. It features a double bed with two high-quality Tempur® mattresses (80x190 cm), which adapt optimally to your body. The studio's windows can be darkened with wooden shutters. Additionally, there are hangers and a small open wardrobe. We provide a folding luggage stand for you, in case you prefer to “live out of the suitcase.” The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso® machine, two hotplates, a refrigerator, and a complete set of pans, dishes, and cutlery. The WC/shower offers a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, and towels. DRINKING WATER The tap water is drinkable. Additionally, there is a fountain with fresh spring water in the courtyard of our house, which you are welcome to use. WASTE Recycling We will gladly dispose of your residual waste after your check-out. To protect our environment, you will conveniently find a small recycling station for glass, aluminum, PET, batteries, and paper about 200m from the studio.
