Speciale Home is a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, has an area of approximately 90 square metres. It features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, where there is also a washing machine, and access to the balcony. In the living room mezzanine, there is a double sofa bed. The night area includes two bedrooms: a double room and one with two single beds. The latter is equipped with a mezzanine that hosts a single sofa bed and a service bathroom. Both rooms are provided with a private bathroom (ensuite). Complete the apartment with a third bathroom for guests, located in the corridor. The private garage (length 10 metres - width 2.25 metres - height 2.10 metres) can accommodate up to two small cars. Inside, it is possible to leave skis and ski boots.

Chesa Champagna is located in Madulain, a small town typical of the Engadine. The house is located 14 km from St. Moritz and 3 km from Zuoz. The cross-country trails as in the paths are directly accessible from the apartment. The train station is only 500 meters away.
