Ideal for families, friends, couples or solo travelers, this studio invites you to experience the beauty of the mountains year-round. Whether you love skiing or hiking and mountain biking in summer, the charm of Alpe des Chaux awaits you.
Originally from Italy, I ended up in Switzerland a few years ago. Once here, I fell in love with the Swiss Alps and decided to buy a little nest in Alpe des Chaux (Gryon) where I'd be delighted to host you, to make you feel home away from home while enjoying the breathtaking views and plenitude of activities that Alpe des Chaux offers all year round. This place is amazing for people who like any kind of winter and summer outdoor activities or who just want to relax in the mountains. Ski slopes, cross country ski rings, backcountry ski trails, hiking trails, and biking/MTB/gravel routes are easily accessible directly from the apartment. Being a heavy user of Booking myself, I made this place as comfortable as possible for you :)
Alpe-des-Chaux is a mountain location in the Swiss Alps near Gryon. Known for its stunning alpine scenery, it is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts, and a key location for various outdoor activities: The region is known for its picturesque landscapes with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The Swiss Alps are renowned for their beauty, and this area is a prime example. In winter, it is a hub for downhill skiing, crosscountry skiing, snowboarding, and ski mountaineering, with access to slopes suitable for any skill levels. Gryon and Alpe-des-Chaux are part of the “Les Diablerets - Villars – Gryon” ski area, which offers you 104 km (65mi) of slopes, the closest skilift is just 150 mt away from the apartment. The ski area is included in the Magic Pass. After a day on the slopes, make sure you visit the spas in the village of Villars. Gryon and the adjacent village of Villars-sur-Ollon, are the ideal place to carry out a multitude of activities such as tennis, padel, golf, mini golf, and mountain biking. In the village of Villars, there are Les Bains de Villars with gym, ice skating, sauna, hammam, swimming pool, hot pool and hydrotherapy. Experience the true Swiss Alpine Culture. Delicious local cuisine, traditional festivals, and warm hospitality are all key factors to choose The Alpine Studio as your next retreat. The local tourist office, located in Place de Barboleuse 11 Gryon, upon the payment of the mandatory city tax will provide you with a welcome card that can be used to take advantage of free or reduced-price activities, all year round.
