The bedroom and it’s living room have wooden floors and furniture and feature wooden panelling to remind you the of the “Arven“ wood, which is typical of the Engadine forests around the valley. Coffee and aperitifs at the kitchen bar, meals and snacks in the dining area and unforgettable moments with your friends and loved ones on big armchairs with a direct view over Piz Corvatsch and Lagalp are the highlights that await you during your stay at our place. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony with mountain views on Piz Corvatsch and Lagalp. The “Cosy Apartment Piz Rosatsch“ can be combined with a studio en suite through the connecting door to host a family or group of 5 guests. Free access to the Residence’s indoor pool and sauna (Access in Sauna - twice for a week). ! Fireplace is not usable !

Chesa Rosatsch apartments are your perfect winter and summer vacation homes for skiing, touring, hiking and other alpine adventures in Upper Engadine with friends and family. Located in the charming village of Champfèr, in the middle of St. Moritz and Corvatsch ski resorts. Only two minutes from Suvretta ski-lift and less than five minutes to St. Moritz Signal Bergbahn by car or by a ski-bus, which stops directly across the street. The comfort, design, and appliances of the apartments will make you feel like being at home. The 3 room apartment can host up to 4 people. The Studio and the 2 room apartment can be used separately (2 people in the Studio and 3 people in the 2 room apartment) or combined by opening a connecting door, which will allow for hosting a family or group of 5 guests. Of course, you can also rent the three apartments together (entire floor) and create the perfect home base for 11 people. All apartments come with a balcony and a private parking spot – either on the outside parking lot or in the garage.
