Please note the following before booking: Note regarding children: Our accommodation is suitable for children aged 6 and over. Please note that we cannot accommodate babies or toddlers (0-5 years). We ask that you correctly state the ages of all children traveling with you when booking. Should guests arrive with younger children who do not meet the booking conditions, we reserve the right to decline the booking on-site. Thank you for your understanding. Our accommodation is part of a private house and not a hotel, with clear house rules – these are part of your booking and are designed to promote respectful interaction. We attach great importance to the careful use of the furnishings and conscious energy consumption. Lights and appliances must be turned off when you are away, and windows and doors must be closed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please ensure that children no longer run around the apartment after this time to ensure peace and quiet for everyone. Please leave the apartment tidy and in good condition upon departure, in accordance with the check-out instructions. The maximum number of people allowed in the apartment must not be exceeded. Communication will take place exclusively via the Booking message channel. Security Deposit: A security deposit of CHF 300 is required upon arrival. This will be fully refunded on the day of departure after an inspection of the accommodation – provided no violations of rules or excessive dirt are found.

Getting around the accommodation The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop. A bus leaves every 10 minutes for Thun train station (journey time: 16 minutes), which makes traveling by public transport particularly convenient.
