Haus Leytron is an exceptional four-bedroom duplex apartment offering beautiful views across the village of Zermatt and of the Matterhorn. The apartment was recently refurbished and has been beautifully decorated, delicately balancing a sleek, modern palette with traditional alpine luxury. It is the perfect family home and ski base. The property is accessed via a 24-hour funicular or by a three-minute electric taxi from the village, advanced skiers can also ski back to within a short walk of the apartment when conditions permit. Haus Leytron has a beautiful and spacious open plan living area with a double height sitting room. Floor to ceiling windows look over the picturesque village of Zermatt with the dramatic Matterhorn as backdrop and bathe the room in natural light. A large stone fireplace keeps it warm and cosy. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area that leads out on a terrace offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has four bedrooms - three double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a quad bunkroom. Two of the double bedrooms can also be configured as twin bedrooms. The apartment is also home to a beautiful private spa.

Haus Leytron is located in the 'Petit Village' neighbourhood of Zermatt, which is located on the north-eastern edge of the town. It's elevated position allows for magnificent views. It is a quiet enclave, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but can be easily accessed by a 24-hour funicular or a three-minute electric taxi from the village.
