An old barn was joined with a typical Ticino house (rustico) to create a high standing property back in the 70's.
It has an outstanding entrance, on the left a very spacious lounge area with high ceilings and a mezzanine where kids can play, read or even sleep!
On the right side of the entrance there are night spaces with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is a pool on the left side of the garden that will be restored soon and breathtaking views of the mountains and Lake Maggiore !
This little remote village in the sunniest mountain of Switzerland (official info :-) has a peaceful vibe, a perfect dolce far niente atmosphere when you'll be enjoying a drink in the garden of the property or just strolling up and down the streets of Monte Brè and San Bernardo.
