Comfortable apartment with free private parking. Zurich is 30 min. and Lucerne 40 min. away by car. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. The 44 m² apartment on the first floor with self-check-in has a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), a living room with a sofa bed (90x200), a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, a bathroom and a balcony. 100+ with/s Wi-Fi is included. Please note: this is a self-check-in apartment. Guests must provide their full legal name and contact details, upload a valid photo ID, and digitally sign a standard rental agreement via the property’s secure online system (link will be sent after booking). Without completing these steps, the digital keybox code cannot be issued, and check-in will not be possible. Failure to comply with these requirements does not exempt the guest from the cancellation policy (no refunds after the free cancellation period).
