Apartment at 3 minute walking distance to Flims Dorf centre with many restaurants and historic sightseeing of a cosy Swiss Graubündner village. Kids shallow water play area in front of the apartment building. Hiking trails and bike trails start/end right next to the building: the Flimser Wasserweg and Runca Trail. The valley station of the Flem Xpress lift starts behind the Stenna Centre, and takes you to Foppa, and finally to the amazing Segnesboden for high altitude hikes. Ski/snowboard rental for 235KM pistes, mountainbike rental for the 330KM of trails and in total 250KM of hiking options, 3 lakes for swimming and 11 mountain restaurants, all part of the amazing UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. The Stenna Selva building is located in the center of Flims Dorf, at the foot of the slopes of Laax Flims Falera ski area 'Weisse Arena'; Arena Express Base lift and the brand new (2023) Flem Xpress Skilift at 2 minutes walking distance.
