'Amden Weesen Ferien und Freizeit GmbH' has been operating as a professional holiday apartment agency for over ten years and specialises in the rental and management of holiday properties in the Amden and Weesen region. The company manages holiday homes on behalf of the owners and offers a comprehensive all-round service ranging from marketing, guest care, cleaning and key management to technical services and quality assurance.

The 3.5-room mountain holiday house "Obereichholzberg" is situated amidst forests and meadows above Weesen at an altitude of 700 meters and accommodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The over 100-year-old mountain house, originally built as an alpine hut, has been stylishly converted into a holiday home. Despite its secluded location, it offers electricity, cold and hot water from its own source (without drinking water treatment), a shower in the back of the spacious kitchen, and a separate toilet. Heating is provided by a tiled stove in the living room and a petrol stove for initial warmth. There is no central heating, so slippers and warm clothing are recommended in winter. The bedroom upstairs is furnished with a double bed, while the downstairs bedroom with two single beds is directly adjacent to the living room. The living area features an armchair and a dining table, perfect for cozy gatherings. There is no television or internet, but there is good mobile reception for setting up a hotspot. The kitchen is well-equipped with two gas cooktops, a fridge-freezer, and a Nespresso machine. Fondue sets and raclette grills can be borrowed for special evenings, and board games like UNO and Mikado are also available. A highlight is the large garden terrace with seating and sun loungers, offering a magnificent view over the valley and mountains. The accommodation is only accessible on foot; the parking area (no snow removal in winter) is a 10-minute walk away. Due to the path, luggage should be transported in a backpack, as rolling suitcases are not suitable. Dogs are allowed free of charge. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
