Spacious and bright 2.5 room apartment on the 4th floor, furnished in vintage style, living room with dining table and sitting area with comfortable pull-out sofa bed and TV. Practically well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and Moka coffee machine, 1 bedroom with double bed, sofa, TV and wardrobe. bathroom with bath/toilet; Additional guest toilet.
Central but quiet area. Before the parking lot there is a somewhat steep road that leads to the apartment (about 100 m long - see the picture for more detailed knowledge)
The apartment can be reached from the parking lot by elevator.

A few days before arrival, we'd kindly ask you to let us know your approximate arrival time so that we can handle the entrance key to you on spot.
Nearby there are also grocery stores and bus stops ("Simposio" line 4 or "Minusio Piazza" line 1) which are only a few minutes away. Therefore, the apartment is reachable by public transportation. If you want to go for a walk, you can walk to the famous "Piazza Grande" in about 15-20 minutes.

To access the building, where the apartment is located, you have to walk up or drive a small uphill road (about 150m). Therefore it is not recommended for those who have movement problems and do not have a car, because this street is a bit steep. Once you arrive at the car park, the spaces are very large and you can move around without any issues even with a wheelchair.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the cost of your stay. The cost is CHF 20 per person per stay, payable locally. You may bring your own sheets and towels to avoid the above charges.
