Residenza Motta is located in a newly refurbished villa from the 1930's situated close to the city center of Mendrisio. We are also located only a few meters away from the main hospital of Mendrisio and the world famous university of architecture. On the property you will have the possibility to share a big kitchen with other guests, also we provide gym and work facilities. We always have a staff member on site should you need any assistance. Check-in is handled by self check-in and you will be informed of the process 24 hours prior to your arrival.
CDK Consulting is a professional property management company. Our team is available 24 hours and our priority is to provide our guests with the best experience possible.
Our property is located in the city center of Mendrisio only a few steps from all major hubs of the city. The villa itself is located in a private park atmosphere which very quiet.
